Hi all,just done a egr valve by-pass and fitted new crankcase breather filter,old filter blocked solid.what a difference it has made to running.allready fitted the synergy 2 would recumend to other td4

I know, makes a hell of a difference !

all you need now is a K&N Air filter.

i have done all the mods including the K&N filter upgrade and every little helps

Hi, I did the egr bypass, crankcase breather and filters etc, and was impressed with the difference.
I had also bought a Synergy 2 before Xmas and never got around to fitting it until last night, feck me now that DOES make a difference, got it on setting 3 with MAF on as well, just cannot believe how much quicker it is, mine is a TD4 Auto which although went well never seemed to be that quick to pull away from junctions etc from a standing start, but with the Synergy it just rockets away now.
Going to experiment with setting 4 after the weekend, see how setting 3 goes first .

Also noticed that now when you get into 3rd & 4th when still accelerating that the revs are about 500rpm less,hopefully will mean better fuel consumption

I reckon if you do only one mod on your Freebie it has to be the Synergy ...
