Pre MOT list

Rear discs and pads
Lots of bulbs (AGAIN!!!!)
ARB bushes
Track rod ends
Chassis needs welding.
ACE leak
Radiator leak

Anyway ACE leak was a loose hose.

Worst is chassis as I can't do it. But specialists do a couple of big welds a month

Chassis would be my concern too but at least the rest is all nice and easy to do

How bad is the chassis? Piccies?

I had an auto welder in to do my rear chassis leg and he charged £60. Did a great job.

Tank out, replace sides with plates refit tank.

Half a day just for that.

I had a pre MOT, they are near an MOT station so thought, fix little jobs and present - lots of jobs to do

The main problems with taking the tank out on ours was a bit of a faff getting to the top of the tank and taking the towbar off due to well rusted bolts. It took the welder two hours and most of it was hammering and grinding. I am not putting the carpet back in till I get a chance to fix the sunroof leaks.
