Like most on here I'm forever trying different tyre pressures to find the right balance. I thought i had it cracked at 28F and 34R but its just not right. Currently on 28 all round.
Anyway, i generally carry very little so the EEC handbook weight is a good guide for the weight of my car and so based on that and the max pressure of 50psi for my Michelin Latitude 19" tyres i worked it out at 26psi per corner, which seems low but based on the fact that 28psi all round seems ok i might give 26 a whirl, however it is way off the recommedned pressures so i'll do a chalk test to see what the footprint is like.
Just seems weird that the handbook pressures are for max load and all other conditions when it specifies an EEC weight seperately but no pressure difference. Where i live there is uber speed humps everywhere and the harsh ride at recommended pressures does my head in.
