hi ,got a pump rebuild kit on the way from holland of ebay if it ever gets here!,has anyone got any pics or tips on how to get it done,

Yes, got loads of pics, send me a pm with your email address and I will send from work tomorrow. You'll need a 3.2mm or preferably a 3.5mm allen key to remove piston. I managed with a 3.0mm but it risks rounding off the grub screw....

The kit comes with pictures and instructions in Dutch, what they don't tell you is the piston top can be levered off to remove the seal - took me ages to figure that out - that shouldn't affect you though if you bought the piston/cylinder kit.

The pictures that come with the kit arent bad and I think mine came in english too. The only problem I had was getting the metal sleeve off that holds the seal in place. iirc they recommend using a blade but I found I needed a flat headed screwdriver and a couple of (careful

) blows with a hammer to free it up.

Once off and new seal on the sleeve went back on with no issues
