Hi, 2005 1.8i Freelander has fault codes P0141 (DS Oxy sensor heater) & P1191 (DS Oxy
sensor heater - open circuit). When starting the engine, the DS 02 heater shows 0.006 A (which is static). When engine up to temp DS 02 sensor shows 0.475V through 0.489V So a couple of questions, I assume these fault codes relates to a Lambda sensor in the exhaust system of which there are two of them, US 02 sensor & DS 02 sensor, so which one is the DS 02 sensor, is it the one closer to the front of the vehicle or the one nearer the back? Does anyone know what the DS 02 sensor readings should be? Other than the EML light being on, the engine is running fine without any other issues. Help/advice appreciated?

DS = Downstream, ie after the CAT.
US = Upstream, ie before the CAT.

Thanks Nodge68, that explains the US/DS explicitly. Just need someone who knows or can use a Hawkeye on a 1.8i to see what the readings should be normally....
