hi people, looking for a bit of info,the drag link joint looks a bit knackered on my 96 300tdi disco its the one on the passenger side.these i understand are just the same as the track rod ends but 1 is left hand thread the other right hand, does anybody know which thread is the passenger side? :blabla:thank you

The drag link has a lh and rh ball joint, the track rod has two rh.
Can't remember if the passenger side drag link is which but if discool says lh it will be. Part RTC5870

To be honest for what they cost it's worth getting a lh and rh and doing both on the drag link at the same time. They've both done the same amount of work over the years. It's a lot easier freeing off the bar on the bench.

Whatever ye do cawl, DON'T buy ****part or ye'll be doin' them again pretty soon! Go for Delphi or better, might be a wee bit dearer but will last a lot longer
