I've got to dismantle bits to put a new set of cables on the window winder mechanism. The plastic vapour barrier is pretty knackered anyway, but I fear it will be completely shagged by the time I've finished doing the job. So are there custom made ones available, anyone know?

If not I'll probably make my own out of a bit of plastic DPM sheet or similar. I'd rather use a "proper" one though.

I would just see if you can get some thick plastic sheeting, some double sided tape, and do it yourself. You probably could get some vapour barrier, but it might cost you more.
