Can anyone recommend anywhere i can get door window seals for my Freelander 1 .
Mine have bubbles and get terrible wind noise when driving on motorways.

That looks in poor condition. I wonder what's made it so bad.

It looks like it might be part number CGE000180 - I might be wrong and there will be different part numbers for left and right.

If that is the part, they look to be about £100 each.

You can google the part number. At that price, it would be cheaper to buy a door from a breakers.

Those ones are particularly bad, probably the worst I've seen though.
All the door rubber trims do this eventually, and not just on the FL1, as the larger LRs and Jags do it too.

My D3 started to blister it's window trims before it was 10 years old, and my neighbours S type started to blister before it was 5. The cause is water getting into the rubber, causing the unprotected steel inside to rest, which then shows as a blister under the rubber.

You should find better ones than those from a scrappy. However, unless you can find perfect ones, is there any point in using them? If the rest of the cars appearance is spoiled by this, then it's best to buy them new, as one at a time to spread the cost. At least you'll know that the new ones will outlast the car.

If its rust pushing them out of shape, then replacement ones are presumably going to go the same way pretty quick unless work is put in to stop the rust.

Maybe a door from the breakers is the way to go.

Replacement is the only sure way to fix the issue for a decent amount of time.

The rust is in the rubber itself, not the door.
