Do you have to have both door mirror on a '88 110 for the MOT?

Just broke the N/S one, but could realy do with it on the road (Short term insurance thread)

Passenger vehicles with more than 7 passenger seats of any age, and all passenger vehicles first used on or after I August 1978 (not being a minibus as above), must have two mirrors, one of which must be option 'a'.

My 1971 Series III SWB has always gone through the MOT with only one wing mirror and an interior rear view mirror.

yeah. 2 mirrors. So, one internal and one on the drivers door.

Thats all you need!

If you want it i got a spare mirror you can have, fair condition (glass is scratched but complete, arm needs a paint)

Cheers I miss read it been up since 4.20am getting a bit tierd now.

thanks for the offer boydy, but going to get a set of new un's as the drivers arm needs lick of paint as well.

dont get paddocks ones, the arm disintegrated on mine!

i got 2 off this bloke, he gave me a good discount on postage, and they seem to be pretty tough!
