Hiya, I Would Like To Know Of Any Breakers Maybe Offering A Gear Box For L Reg Mpi,i Have Been Informed That It As To Be A Mpi Lt77 G Box As Its A Different To A Tdi Lt77 G Box.

I think someone has been trying to pull a fast one. An LT77 is an LT77. you may need a different bellhousing for the mpi engine (never heard of needing one though) But you'll have that already on your old engine.
Ok just had a look on Microcat Parts Catalog, and there are only 2 LT77 gear boxes 1 is for all 4cylinder 5speed manuals the other is for the V8. so it would appear someone has got hold of half the facts, and played chinese whispers with them.
