Having some problems trying to get my '99 Disco V8 Auto to fire up...

She spins over perfectly, plenty of power, plenty of fuel in the tank, but she doesn't fire, doesn't even try to fire...

Logically, it must either be a lack of fuel or ignition in the engine, but where would you all start to look/check?

It started doing this on Tuesday this week, wouldn't fire... walked away and left it for 10 mins, then fired up first time. Has been okay since then until this morning when it wont go at all

She's fixed!

Wonderful service from the boys at Challenger 4x4 who fixed her on the drive (as I couldn't start or move her)....

A new crank sensor, and she feels fantastic! Better power delivery, smoother idle, I can't tell you what a difference it has made!

Just need some more snow now!
