make your own spacers.
this is for a 1 inch lift. change measurements to suit your own requirements.

any quick simple instructions as i can machine these myself, some guy is making them himself and selling them on ebay for 70 quid i think, i though fook that all i need is the measurements lol

Dont know about MOT, but usually, spring spacers go above the springs. Just get the underside of the vehicle dirty and they probably wont notice
