hi is there a guide to sill repair on here or does anyone know of a website with a guide to sill repair as im going to need to do some welding on my sills cheers
 
type in "discovery sill repair" on ebay..
i used em for mine.. never done much welding b4..
took a day aside..
well impressed..
theres also a youtube link to see how to fit...
 
cheers mate im a trained welder its my day job but im too young to have welded sills on a car untill i bought myself a land rover and mad hat man im unsure which part as i dont pick it up until saturday but ill get back on here and let you know cheers guys
 
is there any website with the templates for the sills or measurements because im sure i could manufacture my own
 
i got fed up of bending steel with angle iron an a vice, i made a folder to fold the entire section.
all i can remember re measurements, is it had to accomodate 56 inch long plate.
 
right then guys ill have a search on here for dimensions its just i work for a fabrication company and i have great bosses who let me use the workshop and its contents when i please in my own time so i have access to all sorts i.e plasma cutting bed, bender, welders etc.. if its not too much hassle im sure i could make kits for other forum members at a much better price than the shops on ebay
