you will find that quite easy do a google on tow bars etc.you could fit winch and bumper then attach towball to that.....

a winch and bumper would cost me to many beer tokens, would look nice though , i did google it , the only one to come up , cost about £200 with tow ball , i thought that was a bit much as well , dont like parting with my precious beer tokens ,,,,,,,,,

update on the front push/tow bar
Made my mind up to buy a front tow/push bar for my disco , couldn’t believe it when I was asked if I wanted a tow ball to go with it ,you would have thought they would be included in the price , fraid not , they are EXTRA !! (thought that was a bit naughty) anyway bit the bullet and ordered it , was here next day ,,,,,,,,
and it is detachable , when not needed its stored in boot
