K Kieran-disco New Member Oct 24, 2006 #1 just bought another disco as it was goin cheep. the diff changer is a bit spongey when goin into each slot sometimes it goes in an others it doesnt. ne one got ne ideas on wha this can be ??

ormus New Member Oct 24, 2006 #2 most likely just lack of use. get underneath and coat it liberally with wd40 and keep working the lever. nearly every one ive ever seen, is stiff or stuck with lack of use. chelsea tractor drivers see? some of em dont even know theyve got a diff lock!
