Tow bar from a discovery 2 td5 with electrics

Smooth roof for a 90. Black or very dark green (hard to tell!) I've never fitted it so I can't comment if it leaks. It looks like something had been fitted in the middle in a previous life and its since been sealed up. See pictures.
