Reversing lights only come on if you hold gear lever firmly back (in reverse that is)
Been under and can see no adjustment.
I suspect the end of plunger may have worn down.
Any sugestions

new switch or worn gear stick ball, i tightened mine up a little as it was doing this, did the trick

as above ,selector yoke wears a groove wear reverse switch plunger runs so it doesnt push plunger in enough

its the light are on the right of pic
