Having done air bags on the Truck it has issues with the ride height, its high one side, low the other after every drive and also the lift button is not working in the car.
My Hawkeye is an old version, but the pump works and I can lift/drop both corners fine.
I notice the numbers on the hawkeye when lifting are odd.....rear left jumps about a bit but reads in the order of 135-150.
The rear right is stuck at 20 whatever the lift.
Would I right in assuming both lift sensors are duff and is there any guidance on replacing them? do it up, or down on the bags.
Do they have to be calibrated or will it use what is memorized in the SLABS ecu?
I think my Hawkeye is too early to recalibrate the standard lift.
Finally...are the cheap pattern sensors rubbish, or should I use Bearmach, OE landie?
Many thanks

Hi Russell, have had to replace sensors a couple of times on mine. They do need to be calibrated when replaced, and the new settings written to the ECU. This is easy with a Nanocom, I assume Hawkeye is similar. As for brand, the advice I was given on here was to stick to Landie ones, even though my local Indy swears by Britpart!

i used cheap ones, 1 ok 1 would not work, they sent me another and it was ok , send your hawkeye back and get it upgraded free of charge
