I know this is a really old post, but it was one of the threads that popped up when I was searching how to fix this same issue. For people in the future, If your Radio is stuck on CD0-00 and you have a DVD player, press the speaker button on the DVD player with the ignition on and in CD mode, and it should make the CD player work. Once you press it you might have to wait a few seconds for it to start going. Or try pressing again/holding the button.
