Just a heads up for you - the way disco1 seats varies drastically from 89-94 and 94 on as the earlier 200 series discos have metal subframes bolted onto the floorpan that the seat runners go on, the later 300 series discoveries have wider seats which one runner goes on the transmission tunnel and one goes on a vertical plate welded to the floor.
