Are the original roof rails the same distance apart on the 1 and 2 ?

or if anyone has a 'one' can they measure it please?

Edit. yes I am trying weird stuff potentially on my roof

So long as you're not laying on top in a mankini smothered in vaseline then it's all good.

Hi, it's the width/ space / gap between them, the two fitted rails, I am trying to work out that as the part number for the rails seems to be the same on the D1 and the D2,

1120 in between the rails but the front flares out to the mount . That is 1170 and the back is approx 1060 between mounts. Do you want centre to centre of the front and back mounts.

Yes they are the same.
I had a home made roofrack for the Disco 2 and it fits my D1
