Hi dopey thanks for the response well have a no start problem had aa out said fuel or electrical relayed to my mechanic who unfortunately doesn't have diagnostic for this vehicle ie1997 range rover 2.5 dse but he didn't think it was fuel ie pump etc. but have now had diagnostics done and shows fault 27 witch is i understand problem with immobilizer anti theft so now i need to get someone who can fix this believe needs key reprograming ?????????. any ideas or advice accepted many thanks

many thanks your offer and yes what a time to break down thing is i replaced the old battery which was knackered with new heavy duty top range one due to the snow and ice coming and not wanting any problems startingI could come down to you but it would not be cheep as im in nottingham, if your desperate send me a PM and ill give you a price.

being new on here don't know how to pm as said appreciate your offer i'm trying to sort out more loccally at moment but if not would be interested in helpmany thanks your input have looked at this does sound similar
