Does anyone know of an alternative code clearing diagnostic OBDII device for the Freelander TD4 MK1 ?

I know there is the 'Hawkeye from Bearmach'.

I wanted someting easier on the pocket and also some device where you dont have to buy extra codes for diferent vehicles, like the Hawkeye!
