Have a look in Yellow Pages etc. for "Dent Doctor". They will do them unless it's a very sharp crease or if the paint is not broken. They do a lot of work for showrooms and are mobile.

if they are just small dents and look like the panel has ben pushed ie no serious impact dent,s then get a bodywork sucker puller tool and some soapy water and try that to remove them,i had one on the rear quater where it looked like some moron had leaned against it when i was doing the shopping,pulled straight out with the sucker tool
