Thinking about an Defender - 06/07 year.

Currently have a P38 which I use as my main car. I like the look of them but I've never driven a Defender - what are they like for noise/comfort. Will it be tolerable?

i had a 1989 defender, it had no stereo and the noise was kinda loud but i loved it. added to the character and was lots of fun to drive.

if yer verticly challenged the 07 would suit but if you arte the high side of 5ft 6inches tall 06 is a better bet
they aint a rr but they got a differant type of class and they put a smile on yer face

What`s "tolerable" is subjective. Put on a dirty Barbour, a pair of green wellies and go get a coupla test drives! Test a new one then you`ll find it easier to spot glitches on older ones.

Thanks for the advice - am about 6' tall didnt thing it would make much diff from 1 yr to another ...
