Hi All,
Got problems with me o'l fender again. the nice chap at the MOT station didn't like my wipers ( to be fair neither did I ) so new wheel housings were fitted plus a new drive cable, all seemed to got and got my MOT however if you run the wiper for more than 20 seconds the wheels jump the gearing , it would seem that under load the cable is lifting off the wheel... Any idea gents as im close the big ommer fix. Cheers Tom

Where the cable goes through the wheel box this needs to be a bit tighter.
Good pair of pipe grips does the trick. Bit of a squeeze is needed
Remove top of dash to do this.
There are clips on YouTube think it’s Britannia landrovers

Thanks. Just this minute see a guy in Canada with the same prob,,, he gave um a bit of a bend too.... ok pipe grips at the ready here I go lol

Well a pair of mole grips and a bit of fiddling and all is well... cheers Phill, have a gudun mate. Tom
