After finally getting around to sorting heaters and stripping it down.
I've clean out the air duct of crap which wasn't bad I thought it would be worse and I've sorted the wiring out that had been damaged. I now have power to heaters and the switch.

The problem now is they still don't bloody work, which do I change now as don't want to go wasting money, do I buy a new fan or can the resister be at fault and can I change it also does the resister come with the new fan.
