Hi guys, I am just looking at getting my first defender but i am really struggleing for insurance at the moment, I am 17, 18 in october, with a crash that happened in may, so i am finding it really hard to find half decent insurance,
I was wondering whether anyone has been in this situation before and could provide some help on the matter?
Of if anyone has any information on insurance companies or other ways i could manage to get my self insured on a defender,

I had a search before but a lot of the posts date back to 2007 so they arnt as relivant as i would like them to be, I was wondering if anyone whos 17 has managed to successfully get insured, ill have another search around now and see if i can find any more,

get a series to start with.I had a series insured the day i got my provisional to build my ins profile up...

im with nfu n im 17 not the cheapest but reliable and dont miind too much about mods that dont affect proformance+ 3rd party on any car which comes in handy
