Hi guys I came across this site as I'm just about to buy my 7th landrover (but my first with electrickery!) and as always these days you search for help on the net.

Anyway over the last 25 years on and off I've had: petrol SIIA, classic rangerover with a VM engine in it & wish I still had it, 3x discovery 300tdi, county 90 300tdi and I'm just about to buy a 99 discovery II td5 with a wheel sensor fault hence my search on the net.

This place looks a great source of info, happy to have found you!"

Welcome.... its funny from the 200tdi world the first with elastictrickery would be the 300tdi but I see where you are coming from Sensors faults, warning lights all await

early 300's don't have electrics to run, later do and autos iirc
