Before Xmas I posted about finding a decent place to get my Disco MOT'd. Thanks for all replies, except sarcastic one, and advice.
I decided to try Wakefield Council station. They do the test, £54.00, you either pass / fail that's it!! Honest and accurate.
Disco failed on 2 items:- front brake pipe and loose bolts on half axle.
Booked in @ Green Oval, Geldard road,Leeds for Brian to do brake pipe.
Bolts done, will book retest for later in week.
(Thank God Simonnites were open New Years Eve as number plate light was stolen night before).

All done & dusted. Thanks to Brian @ Green Oval & Debbi for tightening half shaft bolts.
Passed re-test ,£27, now just need to look at little advisories.

Agree. They don't have anything to gain as they don't usually do repairs.
