Hi fellow land rover lovers,

i’ve been working an a homemade trailer for camping and wanted to build something like the rare rear series door. I got a pretty decent result. How ever the only thing i’m strugling with are the hinges. I’ve finally managed to get past the roofs drain channel when opening the door. The issue i’ve got now is the door doesn’t closely fit on the rubber sealings when in closed position. Anyone got any thoughts ?
