I have a Farnells one here ... model L30B ... up to 30 volts but only one amp max.
What current do you need to handle?

now thas a very good question.
The project is the use of a Nissan X-trail rear diff and 2/4wd unit in the back of a Hippoo - all I know at the mo is that the 4WD ECU provides a signal to the 'VCU' which is controlled by current (not volts). I did post the details on here somewhere, I will see if I can find them, although a Hippoo wouldnt need proportional 4WD - a simple 2wd/4wd switch would do the job.
