truck soon of for mot last time it went boot floor had gone but not a problem anyway boot still gone but looks like the back crossmember had it is this a fail on mot did round all seat belt mounts last time

The rear cross member has the rear body mounts on it (they join the body to the chassis). If they are corroded then it could fail.
