Being an early model I have the early type mirrors. 6pin I believe. Do the later 10 pins have more stuff in them? Folding, memory etc? Is a conversion even possible without changing everything?
Don't know. Mine is a 2000 model and has memory for the 2 keys to sdet seats and mirrors and reversing dip, but certainly no folding capability.

Don't even think about it. Look in RAVE at diagrams for powered mirrors, then look at diagrams for memory mirrors it would be a world of pain. And a considerable undertaking. Neither version have powered folding.
