.... there are many causes to be like yours and it's not the worst scenario, live with it or replace it....unfortunatelly u can't do anything from outside and doesnt worth to do untill it's not slipping

i would think its on its way out cultch cover fingers travel out towards release bearing as clutch plate wears ,raising biting point on pedal the fierceness comes from the plate glazing through heat as it wears
