Hi all i have just changed my clutch and now having trouble bleeding it up anyone know why? It is on my 200tdi all help welcome lol.

slave cylinder on the right way round (nipple at the top),if it splasahes back in resevoir when pedal pumped may mean master cylinder seals are leaking ,is there good fluid flow from slave ?

ya sure its not bleeding?

changed clutch on mine and slave, mate with a fender shovin pedle down and i was underneath.. he kept sayin there was to resistance at pedal..

started her up and engaged gears fine... new clutch was much lighter than old worn one... lol...

Had it put back together and slave cylinder is on right way but not getting much fluid out so going to try a second hand one tomorrow from scrap yard fingers crossed.

often you need to remove pipe of master and place finger over the end ,remove finger as pedal is pressed doen and cover hole tightly when pedal is lifted ,till fluid flows well then refit pipe and slacken when pedal is pressed and tighten before pedal is let up,then do same with bleed nipple
