After having two ball joints on the driver side front upper and lower of the wheel, I'm now experienceing a churning noise when first starting up and applying the accelerator pedel, not sure if it's connected or not.

Is it a ceasing fuel pump?? You can feel vibration through the pedal and the whole car does have a jerking feel, is that not enough fuel reaching the engine.
Once it's away it's stops and drives fine until the engine has been stopped.

Any ideas guys??
