Ive got a sheet of checker plate for rear floor of my 110 csw, what the best way to fix down to floor and should i prep with anything before fitting

Just rivet it down, its the easiest way. No prep is needed usually, just make sure its clean and dry so you're not trapping any water (even though it'll probably find a way under it anyway)

See if you could get a layer of rubber sheeting to stick under it

Ive got some down now will get on it the morra if it stays dry, might even have enough for middle row also as theres a bit rot present

Probably best to sort the rot before trying to cover it

I fitted checker to rear of my csw get it bolted or riveted down with some seal as I didn't with mine and it does drum your head in lol although you will get used to it
