Do them both, I believe you should also change the oil pipes as well.they get constricted by being so close to the exhaust .

Cheaper to buy the lift. Or block and tackle and rent a barn. There's a guy in Aylesbury called Pedro who seems to do a few a week but Scandinavia is a bit out of area.

There is a video on Youtube in which the turbo is removed from a D3 without removing the body. If the chassis is the same on the Range Rover sport as the D3 I'd say it could be possible (but watching the vid its a very fiddley time consuming process, using modified tools in the process).
