hello could any kind soul help, the central locking on my disco 2 has started to play up ,the back door wont unlock unless i climb over the back seat and pull the lever manualycheers arv

A common problem, lots of info on D2 locks in this forum so do a search, the bottom line is if you sure it's not sticking then it's a lock replacement at £40 for the lock.

the lil spring that breaks in the locking mechanism and ya can only open the door from the inside !

spring costs about 4 quid for two but they are a bitch to fit !

The "spring" is a D1 issue, but not for a D2 it has a completly different lock mech.
