On 03 D2. My fob is goobered and the button on the dash will neither lock nor unlock any of the doors. When the doors are unlocked it sounds like it's trying to unlock but when I go for lock, it makes a slight sound in the dash.

when you lock/unlock with the key are the other doors reacting ?

No. But, when I open the rear door, the alarm goes off. So that aspect of the system is working.

How do you open the rear door while the vehicle is locked ? this central locking misbehaviour started suddenly out of the blue or the latches started to fail one by one ?

First of all replace the driver's door latch actuator... this one should start to work then but if this doesnt affect the others too you'll have to replace them all
