my ace and pas fluid has gon milky like oil does in water also got problems with over pressure and bursting hoses any chanc ethis is alll connected

Plus they are separate systems, so even if one was contaminated , i cannot see how the other would as well.

I assume that you mean the cooling system hoses bursting?

How old is the fluid, how tight a fit are the caps on the reservoirs? And have you let the levels get so low that the pump may have been pumping air/fluid and whipping up bubbles?

Leave for a while and look again.

Low - top up

Could someone have put screenwash in the little tank?

Try changing both hydraulic systems.
