Hi

I have a 1995 P38 with ABS issues. Rather than replace the pump/ accumulator etc, is it possible to bypass the ABS altogether?

And if so, any tips?

Get it fixed or buy second-hand spares and get it fixed

This is a case of 'if fitted must work' to pass MOT, and I wouldn't advise trying to disable/bypass it as the car's whole braking capacity is designed around it working; doing so could be the difference between mashing yourself into the truck in front, or worse, someone else mashed under your motor.

Yep, get it fixed properly or worse case you'll be spending some time behind bars.

Construction and use regs. If you make that kind of change you should legally have the vehicle re-tested by the DVLA
