so lots of us seem to suffer from the rear window breaking in some way, mine stopped working altogether a few months back, so I was unable to open the rear door as the glass would not drop, there's plenty of posts regarding how to repair, but it could be a number of different things that have gone wrong, eventually my wires snapped dropping the window totally, so heres my bodge-fix, it means I can open and close the rear door, without worrying, ok I cant use the rear window, but that don't bother me any,

That would do my head in..:frusty:.... I like things to work as designed - if they don't I fix them properly. But each to their own.
