I'm trying to replace a manual retractable aerial for my 300 tdi which has been snapped off, but the man at my local car part shop told me they didn't stock them and I'd probably have to get one from landrover!! I think I have located the right part from Rimmer Bros. Part NumberAMR3461Before parting with my cash, does anyone know if this is the aerial I need? Or does anyone know where I can purchace one from?
I'm also having a little problem with the glovebox which likes to open for no other reason but to upset my sensibilities! Does anyone have a cure for this?

why not just get one o them rubber things fer avbout a fiver, that way no one will ever break it again

Thanks, will it fit? The man at the local car part shop said that there was no universal aerial that would fit the disco!! Was it just that he didn't want to sell me anything!!!

tell him to ferk orf, yer can even get one that doubles up as a tax disc holder ask him if that will fit a disco and if he says no, ask him to explain why not

best aerial to get is an old coat hanger .. no one ever steals them or tries to break them

and you can even "style" them by bending into weird shapes, mine was bent into the shape of a cock and two balls. It made people laugh especially when someone nicked it.
