New pads all round Mintex once I have used the brakes they are fine all day but first time i brake hard rear N/S locks up.If I lift off and brake again no problems,pistons not seized and new fluid and discs are not scored.
Any clues to the problem 300 Tdi non ABS

also good springs and dampers and Fedima Extreme 265/70/18 tyres

Check your wheel bearing, also check the pads are seated properly and the piston are not corroded/seized (often happens when old pistons are retracted fully into the Caliper)
