Can i use self tapping screws to fit a new boot floor seen people use pop rivets and thought screws might be easier just trying to get my disco 1 through mot as cheap as pos and get another couple of years out of it got the bootfloor sills chassis bodyoutriggers and innerwings all need a little work.

Yes you can screw it if you want to.

I did mine with pop rivets and it was a piec of cake to do and ended up as a strong result. Also passed it's Contrôle Technique with flying colours,, actual complements
