I've started fixing all the electrics on my ex mod 1985 110, I've bought a bolt on bits rdx hazard light switch. Has anybody a diagram? The new switch only has 6 terminals and the original switch fell apart in my hands, atleast I know what was wrong with the indicators

Is it a Carling switch?

It's one of the bolt on bits switches, they say carling style, been reading and can't find any instructions

does it look like this?

If so, its a RDX K series switch

There are Five connections to the rear of the switch
Two earths for each LED
One power for Legend Symbol LED
One Power input for the switch
One Power output also illuminates the Orange 'Slit'
To wire to an existing wiring loom extra relays will be required to allow the switch to operate correctly.

Hi Mate I have the RDX diagram i'll take a pic and post it on here tomorrow I've got exactly that switch which I have haven't fitted yet.

Easier to just replace it with the original. Which will probably fall apart again in a few years....

That would be great if you could post the instructions, I'm surprised how troublesome the original switches are, it seems a bit over the top for a hazard switch the amount of cables
