My defender 90 1985 has stood for 12 years , I've replaced filter , and lift pump but can't get diesel to injectors
I've read much info on this task but remain baffled , how many bleed screws for example on the lucas CAV injector pump , the engine turns over nicely . I'm away on my bike now to buy some quickstart .
Apparently tapping on the head of injector pump might dislodge a sticky valve , the shut off valve functions correctly.
