Replaced the bias plate and springs today on my TD5 and noticed that the area around the springs was as dry as a bone with no sign of grease having been previously used. So, can I throw any good grease in there or should I be using a specific type?

any ,you only need some were the rub on selector lever,and top of pivot ball
